Can I use the panty liners during periods?
NO, panty liners are not designed to absorb heavy flow during periods.
They are ideal for white discharge, mild urine leaks, spotting days or as a backup to menstrual cups
How much does the panty liner absorb?
It absorbs 5-8 ml of liquid (discharge or urine)
Can I use panty liner for whole day?
Yes you can use. You need to change sooner only if there is blood spotting or too much discharge which is causing discomfort.
What is the fabric used to make Avni panty liner?
The top layer is certified organic cotton fabric (certified by ICEA)
The middle layer is absorbent cotton fabric plus one layer of antimicrobial fabric. The bottom layer is leak proof cotton fabric

How did you come up with the idea for this product?
Sujata, our founder, suffered from commercial pad rashes and infections for 10 years. While discussing with friends and family she realised it is a very common problem with no safe, innovative solutions. She decided to put her healthcare expertise to use, so she researched and developed a plastic, chemical-free cloth pad – Avni Lush which is today India’s best-selling cloth pad.
