Gather IngredientsPlace the atta kneader on a flat surface with its anti-skid base ensuring stability.Insert the dough kneading blade/attachment into the mixing bowl.Add the measured wheat flour into the kneader’s bowl.Switch on the atta kneader and set it to required speed to start mixing.Check the Dough Consistency
Chop Vegetables
Wash and peel vegetables and chop them into pieces.Attach the chopping blade securely to the food processor jar.Place the prepared vegetables into the food processor jar.Place the lid securely on the food processor jar.Select the appropriate chopping speed.Turn on the food processor to chop the vegetables.Stop the food processor and check.Now remove them from the food processor bowl.
Shredding
Make sure the slicing disk is placed correctly and the bowl is locked into place firmly.If required, wash and peel the component.Wash your vegetables well and peel them if you’d like before slicing them.You may need to cut the ingredients into smaller pieces to fit through the feed tube.Position the slicing disk onto the jar of the food processor’s spindlePut the chopped ingredients into the food processor’s feed tube.Using the proper speed setting for slicing, turn on the food processor.Gently push the ingredients down the feed tube using the food pusher.Now turn off the food processor and unplug it from the power source.
Whipping
Pour Ingredients Into the Kneading Bowl
Begin at a low speed to mix the ingredients evenly.
After 30-60 seconds, increase to medium speed for better aeration.If whipping cream, go up to speed 3-4 and watch for peaks forming.If whipping eggs, continue beating until you get a frothy, stiff consistency.
Over-whipping cream can turn it into butter. Stop once you reach your desired texture.Over-beating eggs can make them grainy, so check frequently.
