How To Use
Step 1
Put the tandoor on the gas stove on high flame so that the tandoor becomes hot otherwise the roti will stick on the cold tandoor and there will be difficulty in taking out the roti. Till then make 3 chapatis of convenient size and keep them.
Step 2
Apply water on the backside of the roti so that the roti sticks to the tandoor.
Step 3
Remove the tandoor from the stove and put 3 roti’s in it as per convenience.
Step 4
Put the tandoor on the stove on high flame. Keep the oven upside down after keeping the whole side down for 15 seconds. After about 50 seconds, you will see that the color of the roti has become light brown. After the bread is cooked, take out all the three breads with tongs and slow down the flame of the stove.
